Decision Support Tool for Smallpox, Inhalation Anthrax, Cutaneous Anthrax, and Chemical Terrorism

This tool assists with:

  • the diagnosis of smallpox*
  • the diagnosis and treatment inhalation anthrax*
  • the diagnosis and treatment of cutaneous anthrax*
  • the detection and basic management of chemical agents of terrorism

* (based on protocols and algorithms developed collaboratively between the CDC, AAD, and ACP-AS)

To install, simply double-click on the DxBioterrorism.exe file and follow the instructions to install both .prc files to your device. PalmOS 3.5 or higher required. [Download - 605k, 42k] — updated on 3/7/2003

Note: If you have already installed a previous version of this tool, just download and HotSync the bioterro.prc file to update the existing tool and add the new algorithms.
