Leadership Day
ACP Services Inc. holds an annual advocacy day on Capitol Hill. This event provides an opportunity for ACP and our members to increase our presence in Washington and bring visibility to issues of common concern. Participants receive a comprehensive orientation and briefing on ACP’s top legislative priorities and then have an opportunity to meet with legislators and the staff on Capitol Hill.

State of the Nation's Health Care
On January 31, 2008, at ACP’s annual report on the state of the U.S. health care system we asked all candidates running for office in 2008 to commit to an agenda that would create a health care system that is second to none.
Congressional Testimony
Periodically ACP leadership is invited to testify before congressional committee and subcommittee hearings about issues of concern to internists and their patients.
Hill Briefings
ACP holds periodic hill briefings on Capitol Hill. They are designed to bring ACP leaders together with Congressional staffers to make sure that legislators and their staff are thoroughly familiar with the issues and aspect’s of ACP’s legislative agenda.
